David Fu became a licensed loan officer in 2020. “Prior to becoming an MLO, I was a financial advisor, which also helps with understanding my clients,” he says. Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin, David joined the LendGen team in Fall 2022. 

David credits his mother, who was very experienced with purchasing and flipping properties, for his foundational knowledge of the mortgage process and products. 

“Within the first few years of my career, I am most proud of building great relationships with my clients and partners,” he says. “And, of course, I am proud of giving my clients the ability to secure their dream homes, first homes, and investment homes.” 

“I am always a call or text away- 24/7. I will be with you each step of the way, from application to post closing.” 

David graduated with a bachelor’s in business management and marketing from the College of Staten Island. 

David is authorized to lend in the following states: New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.
